LordOfPie not banned? (+ Ban Towleey) PICs!

I didn't see him do anything (My place is kinda out of the way.) But the above picture is still something when you consider that he was banned before. Do we not have a banlist now?

UPDATE:Obviously it's untrue. He didn't hack it, but still: More of a reason to just get rid of him.
