Large changes - PLEASE READ

With recent breaks in service, our dwindling player base, and the final implementation of plugins. We feel as though it may be best to restart the world with new changes in policy and the newer class changes implemented. This would mean a new world with everything functioning correctly.

This change comes with recent instability and many abandoned buildings caused by players leaving due to downtime. We feel as though a new world will give incoming players the start they need to get into the server's groove.

Please give your opinion and vote.

Also, we will be using materials and cuboid to give all the previous cities a boost and let them rebuild quickly.

We'll also turn mobs off to allow you guys to rebuild quickly, as well.

Probably, we will also impose a city cap of four or five; so that we can cut down on abandoned cities like Thyterek.

I don't know if y'all have asked around but I'd like to see how many of us prefer the mobs stay on and how many of us prefer a clean restart(Without cuboid/material help), sure it will slow down the rebuild but surviving those first few days is fun, I know I'm not the only person on the sever but I'd prefer a wipe without all the help to rebuild, just putting it out there, If I'm the only person that would prefer so I'll hush myself but figured I'd throw it out.

We just don't want players to feel left in the dark, only those who need to rebuild cities will be given materials and we'll really only use cuboid to clear out land for the city. Nothing more than that.

Fair enough then, I relent.

u are kidding me... weve worked our asses off to make our castle and now that we finally building in it... u gonna reset us? seriously? I asked you sasha if you would reset before we started working on it.. and you said never....

It's not like I didn't lose anything either. It wasn't entirely my decision, it's the community's. I spent 12 hours working on a castle that I had to wipe with the world. There's plenty of things I did myself, too. It's not like I'm cheating this stuff in, I had a lot to lose but this is the conclusion everyone came to.

i don't care if there's a reset, but the class specific items is still an atrocious idea

Would you all hurry and reset it then? I want to actually rebuild sometime soon. It says the server is private at the moment.

2-3 days before we let players on.

The server is back up now, and this topic is really obsolete, so I will be locking it.
