Interesting, one major job your missing though is the double door with basic lock. That one is actually a very common one people want to have done. If you know how to do that you should add that to your list!

I'm gonna unfortunately have to say no, gold is more scare than you think I think, 1 gold for a minor job doesn't seem worth it, at least to me.

So what would you recommend?

Id recommend halving everything, remember iron is a currency too, 5 iron=1 gold, but this is just a basic estimate at price, all I am sure of is I'm not paying the original amount.
